All jewels are certified by the INCM Assay Services — Imprensa Nacional Casa da Moeda — (site https://www.incm.pt/portal/index.jsp ) where they find the precious metal permil of the alloy and certify the legal touch of the metal. This certification is done by applying the contrast with the responsibility mark, manufacturer or equivalent.

The 925 sterling silver and its components are delicate materials and require special care. Metal and its coatings will undergo changes over time if they are not used correctly.

Follow the following recommendations:

• Avoid contact with water, perfumes, creams and humidity;
• All pieces must be removed when laying down;
• Keep your piece protected from sunlight and heat.

All purchases made on the Anne Jewelry website are shipped within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation.

Shipping costs cost 6.49€ for orders under 30€ (Europe) and 12€ for purchases under €100 (International). For orders over 30€ (Portugal & Germany), €70 (rest of Europe) and €100 (International) shipping costs are free.

The order is always sent by registered mail, which allows you to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as well as the shipping code.
